NIDRA
Yoga Nidra is a powerful and ancient meditation practice that lulls you into a deep state of stillness and relaxation. Your body is guided to sleep and your mind reminds aware, creating full coherence and presence.
While every system of your body is resting and your mind is conscious and responsive, it is possible to shift limiting patterns and create new belief systems that nourish your internal world.
When you consciously relax your body this way your nervous system switches from sympathetic (fight/ flight) into the healing qualities of the parasympathetic (rest/digest) increasing the body’s ability to take in nutrients, regulate hormones and glucose levels, and boost immunity.
The practice is a healing salve of poetry, presence, science + ENERGY.
Every time I write, teach + record a new nidra I bring the sum of all my parts to the creative process.
I am proud to publish these practices on the living, breathing Attune to the Moon community platform, where my work is shared alongside incredible guides such as Jana Roemer, Ally Bogard, Sasha Bahador and Nadia Diamante.

The Celtic Wheel Nidras
Sanctuaries of prayer to Earth and her seasons. Indigenous Irish Animism is woven with sensual ecopoetry to deepen your restful, relational enchantment with the land.
The Celtic Wheel is an accessible map of the human condition. It attunes us to a deeper awareness of ancestral wisdom + positions our bodies in our natural state of belonging to the ebb and flow of our planet’s cycles and seasons. 🌾
Our earth loving Celtic ancestors lived in direct communion with the earth and sky, with the animals and herbs, with the water and weather. They recognized their humble status as dependent guests in the ecosystem of the planet.
The timing of my journey as a nidra guide coincides exactly with when I first felt my body attune to the rhythms of the Celtic Wheel of the year.
I was living in the US but socially + culturally I might as well have been on another planet. Ambiguous loss- homesickness + loneliness were hanging over me like a cloud when these two ancient systems for healing + simplicity merged.
Nidra softened me in my entirety + brought me home to myself. The Celtic Wheel took me home to my roots.
