Universal Life Force Energy is an infinite source of healing.
Through hands-on or indirect contact this vital energy can be channeled to support the body's natural ability to heal itself.
As a Reiki master under the Usui lineage and a student of Somatic Experiencing®, my one-on-one care centers on exploring how the complimentary fields of energy work, body awareness and nervous system tracking can help us navigate our existence at this extraordinary moment in our evolution.
This nuanced treatment has a profound effect on our whole being: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
WHAT TO EXPECT
One on one sessions are a combination of chair and table time. We’ll start with a a cup of tea and I’ll invite you to share your wants, needs and intentions for our work together. I'll mirror back what I'm seeing and hearing to get further clarity before I instigate the session.
On the table I’ll work with your subtle (energetic) and trauma body along with the energetic field of our collective consciousness to channel information that may bring clarity, affirmation, inspiration, and a renewed purpose to your healing process.
Sessions may also include astrological birth chart analysis, channelled messages from guides or ancestors and coaching to awaken intuition, discern your unique spiritual gifts and remember your wholeness.
I often prescribe take-home practices in the form of meditations, yoga poses, suggested reading and sankalpa (intention), empowering you to maintain an elevated frequency and integrate our work between sessions.
This is a gentle, heartfelt approach to healing and is a beautiful antidote to these challenging times.
DISTANCE HEALING SESSIONS
I take a quantum approach to healing work, so physical proximity to my clients is unnecessary. In other words, energy transcends time and space and can be sent or transmitted any where in the world, to anyone at any time.
The process is identical to an in-person session, the only difference being that the first step for a distance session is an initial consultation via zoom where I’ll invite you to share your questions or intentions.
