Samhain with Wildfolk Connemara and Cathy French- November 4th-6th
Retreat to Connemara at Samhain- the threshold into the sacred, waiting womb of winter Yin time.
Get cosy and hunker down in community closer to Source, the beannachtaí of the land and the bones of the ancestors and LISTEN to what wants to emerge.
Weave your wisdom with the windswept landscape, salt water, rock and clear streams and steep in subconscious realms with yoga nidra, journaling, meditation, silent walks and deep sleeps.
Allow your energy to shift into winter, by eating nourishing foods and moving mindfully through the change of the seasons.
Access your most generous somatic expression of aliveness with Breathwork, asana, swimming and dance.
‘Mind Yourself’ is a truly loving and supported space, where you can make magic new connections and also, with the same importance, carve out time for yourself.
This is a full physical retreat for energetic cultivation to restore you to nourished, grounded humility.
We meet at the liminal juncture of Samhain- a celebration of the incontestable fact that all new life begins in the dark- the death, decay and fertilization of our shape shifting selves.
Each day begins and closes at our home for the week, Dolphin Beach house. This stunning, world class retreat is located on the aptly named Sky Road along the Wild Atlantic Way , just 3 miles west of the town of Clifden.
There are 14 acres of natural landscape surrounding the house and a small sandy cove (safe for swimming) a short walk through the gardens. Connemara quartz hill’s flank the back of the house and the Atlantic opens out in the front.
Dolphin Beach offers peace, cosiness and comfort, with luxurious and elegantly furnished en suite guestrooms.

Meet Your Guides:
Cathy French
Teaching and hospitality are spiritual imperatives for Cathy. She creates generative ceremonial spaces in a womb-like energy of sweetness, minding and depth.
She is thrilled to co-facilitate magic in the feral, salty West as we move inward and downward toward winter. She will share practices grounded in a commitment to honoring earth, strengthing internal navigation and expanding love.
Hannah O’Sullivan (Wildfolk Connemara)
Having grown up in Connemara, Hannah has a big love for the West. It is a place she loves to share with people and gatherings like this are very close to her heart.
She is all about community, creativity and bringing people together, often with the help of a lovely meal.
