Level One Reiki
You are a healer. Are you ready to have your powers activated?
Reiki Level One is a simple and beautiful initiation into a loving path of guidance and service. As a Reiki Master teacher I have the capacity to ”attune” or open up your energy field to access Reiki Healing Energy. This powerful energetic attunement is handed down through the Usui lineage of healers.
Level One is a practitioner's initiation into Reiki and is open to anyone. The focus during this full day of learning is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows from the cosmos through the crown of the head and down to the heart and hands.
Self-Reiki is the goal of the Level One attunement, enabling students to focus on healing themselves, thereby working through their own obstacles.
The Level 1 course includes an overview of the history of Reiki, an introduction to non-physical or Ki energy, exploration of the subtle body, guidelines for creating beautiful Reiki treatments and self and group practice.
(Although not absolutely required, I highly recommend that you receive at least two Reiki treatments before taking the class.)
